No. Public Wills is designed for estate planners, financial advisers, insurance advisers, wealth professionals, lawyers, and other professionals involved in estate planning.
Non-lawyers should only provide services within the scope of their training, qualifications, and applicable laws. Where legal advice is required, clients should be referred to a qualified legal professional.
Yes. Public Wills does not charge revenue sharing fees. You retain 100% of the fees you charge your clients.
You do. Public Estate Planners™ operate as independent professionals. You maintain ownership of your client relationships, determine your own fees, and operate your agency or business independently while leveraging the Public Wills platform and certification programme.
No. Both Solo and Agency memberships include unlimited professional will drafting through the Public Wills platform.
After completing the certification programme, you'll receive the onboarding and platform activation instructions applicable to your membership plan.
